Liked: The hostel has a good central location, is extremely clean and is a good place for finding people to go on tours with. It does feel like a business in terms of the selling of tours etc (and they should drop the nominal charge for storing luggage when you go on one of their tours - no hidden costs though, they are very up front about what the services cost). The building is fairly characterless but facilities are decent inside.

Liked: fun staff, extremely well organised. Some issues about safety (outside the hostel, does not look safe after dark). Hotel is way too crowded. But it is really clean. Really good starting point for organising tours in Mogolia. Recommended!!!

Liked: They have two locations. The second one is new and of very good quality. Nice, clean, quiet and well organized. UB is located at a very good location downtown. Have enjoyed my stay there!

Liked: I love the people and the atmosphere. It is located in a perfect place in UB, very close to the center of town. It is also very quiet and relaxing. Bobby (the girl) is absolutely wonderful and Kim (the guy) is pretty cool too.

Liked: The place is great. The staff is so kind and helpful and knows everything about the city. Only one bad thing is internet connection.

Liked: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. After a two days trip in a train, the arrival at the hostel is a big relief. The staff welcomes you, no matter the time of your arrival, and gives you some basic guidelines for your stay in Ulaan Baatar. It also helps you for any kind of services you might need: train tickets, tours etc. The hostel is a good starting point to organise your visit in Mongolia.

Liked: I cannot rate this hostel highly enough, the staff are so friendly, they pick you up from the train station and are always there on hand to help you. The trips on offer are fantastic, and they ensure you get the most out of your stay in Mongolia!

Liked: There is a living room in the hostel and during the day, folks hang out over there. Get place to meet other travellers.

Liked: Really helpful at organising trips out of UB, very crowded at times as the common area is quite small, but good for meeting people etc. Usually have to wait a while for internet and showers. Saw a few other places and this was definately the best for budget travellers :)
