Liked: it was in the centre of ulaanbaatar, so it was pretty easy to reach every monuments. the guide thst they gave to me was pretty nice and friendly.

Disliked: everything was fine!

Liked: The tours run by the hostel are excellent and very good value; the hostel itself was very clean and provides a nice free breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It was quite difficult to find and you then needed an entry code for the building which you don't get to find out until you've somehow managed to get inside...!

Liked: This is a very good place to stay in UB. The hostel is located close to most of the main sights in UB - and Zaya (and her staff) are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have. The hostel has a really good atmosphere - and I would recommend it to any traveler to UB.

Liked: Really clean and cozy place, highly recommend!

Disliked: Hostel had wrong (old) address in Hostelbookers and we wandered a lot to find it. The owner was helpful to book us a stay with a family in a ger camp, which was good but she should have mentioned us the very poor toilet conditions at the camp.

Liked: It was one of the best hostels I've stayed in. More like a hotel than a hostel with apartmentstyled rooms. We felt right at home and was offered excellent service.

Disliked: the only thing I can really complain about was the the availability of hot-water wasn't too good during our stay. For 2 nights in a row there was none.

Liked: The best if the staff were the two young girls who work there, for their sympathy and efforts.The biggest problem was that the hot water was very scarce and almost impossible to get a shower with hot water.

Liked: We arrived very late in the evening but the pick up service from the airport was good & brought us to the hostel. There we were friendly welcomed by the owner. Next day we already had to leave the hostel early because of the rest of our trip through Mongolie but we had an interesting conversation with the owner. She is very friendly, speaks good English and is very willing to help you with help for your trip/ questions you have, etc.Less nice of the hostel was the cold shower in the morning but that is the only thing we not really loked.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Zaya's hostel. The hostel is well run,by friendly and helpful staff. Zaya is a mountain of knowledge, happy to assist with booking tours and answering any of your questions. The hostel is clean, tidy, with good kitchen facilities and well laid out. It's also in a great, central location. We really enjoyed our stayed.

Liked: The stuff is incredibble helpfull, the organisation of the trips is exellent and thoughtfull. the gobi-trip was great!! it is made shure that you will find a place to sleep coming back from the trips and all the services one needs are available. with lowbudged one can see and experience a lot of mongolia.

Liked: We had a huge room to ourselves with an attached bathroom and kitchen, which was great value for money! The staff are very friendly and helpful at Zaya's and can arrange anything from tours to taxis. The location is great - it is off Peace Avenue, the main road of Ulan Bator, near the State Department Store, and a short walk from all the city's sights.
