Ernesto speaks excellent English and he and the others do everything possible to accomidate the needs of their guests. One of our party had a back problem and Ernesto changed her to a ground level room. The place is very clean and comfortable and the roof top patio is the perfect place to meet and socialize with other travelers.

We were grateful for the helpfulness of the staff working at the hostel. The accommodations were extremely clean, spacious and modern. We would definitely recommend the Villa Colonial to our friends!
