Liked: I like its location and accommodations were excellent.

Disliked: This hostel is excellent and the people who work there are very friendly and give you suggestions places where to go/visit in Xalapa or cities around there.

Disliked: shower curtains should be replaced. Some religious group takes over the kitchen for 3 hours on Sundays

Liked: The location is great, the staff are really nice and the hostel is impecably clean! This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in.

Disliked: The breakfast was very basic and sometimes the coffee wasn't strong enough.

Liked: There's not much to say about this place. I was there for two weeks and it was OK. The hostel is very clean and the building is very modern. It offers a communal computer with internet access but no Wi-Fi for your own laptop. They do make you pay all your stay in advance, so it may be wise to say you don't know how long you will be staying. A friend of mine wanted to leave a day early and transfer her pay to me; the first person we asked said that it was impossible, but we just asked again later that night to a manager and everything went smoothly. A sink in every room comes in very handy for doing your own laundry. Xalapa is not a very touristy city, at least not in the summer (as it is a university town) and therefore the hostel is almost empty. I practically had the six-bed room for myself through all my stay.

Liked: Amazingly clean and tidy, massive rooms with separate lights for each bed, a lovely dining area-common room

Liked: Friendly people, nice location, lady to do your laundry...only weakness was a less than real strong connection to activites/escursions in the area, but overall I really liked the place.
