Liked: The warm, welcoming, family atmosphere. Yet a great place to meet people and have a few brews. The lady who runs the joint is aboslutley fabulous and helpful in everyway.

Liked: Friendly staff, good proximity to the ruins and the beach. A bit further from town, but not much reason to go to town except to catch buses and Cynthia, the owner, was happy to give lifts. Only minor thing is that it is next to a noisy main road, so earplugs needed at night if in the front part of the building.

Liked: Los responsables, Cintia y Lobo son personas estupendas. El ambiente es muy calido. Esta localizado muy cerca de las ruinas, se llega caminando perfectamente. Tiene una alberca que se puede aprovechar para refrecarse. Tambien se llega muy facil a la playa.

Liked: So much to like about this hostel. It is close to the ruins and the beach. Although it is not right in Tulum, it is very easy to get there and back. Cynthia and Lobo create a warm, fun, atmosphere and are extremely helpful. Breakfast is awesome and the place is kept very clean. No complaints, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Tulum:)

Liked: Great owners! Very friendly and helpful. Loved the tv common room which allowed us to meet new people, loved the pool ç, loved the ping pong table....and the cooked breakfasts every morning! Great! And the location was perfect for a stroll to the beach or to the ruins. Would definitely reccommend for backpackers.

Liked: We couldn't possibly have asked for better hosts than Cynthia and Lobo! They welcomed everyone like family and did their best to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest - and not just at the hostel. They're better and more informative than any event/ activity planner you could hire. They were also there with slave for your sunburn or a ride to the grocery store if you needed it. They create an amazingly warm and welcoming environment. I met some fantastic new friends during my stay and would strongly recommend the Lobo Inn to anyone planning a trip to Tulum! I hope to return soon when the pool and ping pong table are complete!

Liked: Social life (good social area), room (very clean), breakfast (served 9am-10am, very filling) ,staff (Cythia and Ralf very kind, often gave us lifts to town).

Liked: very close to the ruins entrance if this is what you are after.couple of miles from town but they run you in personally if needed free of charge. brilliant people working and staying there. Bit hard to find when you arrive in Tulum as its just out of town but only cost 30 pèsos in a taxi to get there.rooms brilliant for a hostel and great hot breakfastwished we could have stayed longer

Liked: Cynthia the owner is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Free internet service. Close to bus stop, ruins & beach. Free ride into Tulum Village by owners. Mixture of trad mexican and standard amercian fare for breakfast.
