Liked: Great for the ruins, not much around otherwise. Beach is more 20-30 minutes walk. Oh, and the 24 hour hot water is not hot at all. Good breakfast and nice staff. Don´t arrive late as they may not have your reservation - we were lucky and got the last available room despite having booked 3 days in advance.

Liked: I liked the free bikes, drinking water and internet. The bathrooms were absolutely horendous - and that's putting it nicely! Matresses are very uncomfortable with springs digging into you all night. No social atmosphere whatsoever. I'd have a look around before trying ths place, unless being near the ruins and beach is absolutely essential.

Liked: The only downside to the Lobo is that it's right on the highway so there's some some traffic noise (worse in some rooms than others--we moved around a bit and stayed in three). The free bikes, internet and drinking water are SO handy. Since the town of Tulum and the beach are only a few minutes away by bike, the location really works too. The pool area feels like a cool roadside attraction. The people that work run this hostel are really fun and definitely honest. Also, the taco place next door is fantastic and really inexpensive!

Liked: We stayed in a double ensuite. most of the doubles are on the highways site. In the night it will be very loud. The dorms are inside. All the other things are nice and the services are good.

Liked: I guess it could be a good place to stay if you want to meet young people and travelers. It s kind of close to the beach, but I would rather recomend some small hotels downtown tulum, where the stay is cheaper.

Liked: We arrived late on new year's eve and as I had told them i would arrive in the morning they had understandably given away our dorm beds already. This WASN'T an issue though as they went completely out of their way to help us and we ended up in a private room with AC and private shower for the same price as the dorm. I can't remember the dude's name, but the guy who has a black and white shirt and curtainy hair. good lad. very helpful.The dinner seemed kind of expensive (100 pesos) but it is buffet and it is DELICIOUS and you cant eat that much for that price anywhere else. the bikes are a great bonus, it's super close to the ruins.

Liked: We had a fun time there - enjoyed ruins, the beach and salsa lessons... nice breakfast every morning. Bikes (they are included!!!) are really helpful to get around!

Liked: Staff were super helpful and really personable, location was great, services like free bikes were a huge plus so you can get into tulum town free and whenever you want. Lots of fans in room and windows too The place would be ok if they put a bit of love into making the dorms nice.

Liked: Place was Ok, but we would reconmend staying in town, unless you are only there for 1 day and vistiting the ruins. The breakfast was lovely and free bikes to hire to the beach and ruins. But nothing to offer at night time and you have to get a taxi or collectivo into town for dinner.
