Liked: The husband was really lovely but I think the wife missed the business management course on customer service. We arrived early in the morning and had to wait for a room to become available. We sat in the communal area waiting and she made a point of telling all the staff we were not to have bfast as it wasnt included that day. She monitored our every minute on the internet and asked us 15 minutes before check out when we were leaving. She also asked us when we were leaving on the bus and when we said 5pm she said she would only hold our bags until 4pm because there would be no staff around to open the lockers for us after that, despite there being at least 2 local staff and themselves there when we returned at 4pm.The rooms are clean and the breakfast is free, allbeit basic compared to other places that provide a buffett for the same room rate. Had it just been the husband there I think we would have had a different experience.

Liked: Perfect location, walking distance to centre of town. Extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great value. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the fact that the breakfast was prepared by the staff in the morning was a real plus. The only problem is that getting some sleep is really hard.

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and we really felt at home. Spotlessly clean with a lovely view from the roof. Rooms were warm and cosy for chilly nights, too!
