Located on the 5th.Avenue of Playa del Carmen and on one of the most beautiful white-sandy beaches with crystal-clear turquoise waters, the world famous Playa Mamitas. Features 75 one- and two-story rustic, thatched cottages tucked amongst palm trees, in lush, 30.000 m2 of tropical gardens. The relaxed atmosphere can be enjoyed on hammocks on each cabin’s porch or balcony. The rooms, decorated in modern Mexican style, are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, safe and with 1 King Size bed or 2 Queen Size beds, full bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. Las Palapas offers two restaurants with exquisite international and national cuisine, a beach bar, a club house, a swimming pool, a boutique, a coffee shop, a wellness center with a fitness room and massage/spa parlor, wedding service facilities, an observation tower, an a dive shop. For those interested in excursions, Las Palapas is conveniently close the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Coba, or you can take a tour in the jungle, or visit a cenote or a bio-reserve.

Accommodation Information

75 rooms (8 Beachfront, 47 Standard and 20 Garden Deluxe) in one or two-story bungalows ("cabañas"). All equipped with 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, safe box and a private veranda or balcony with hammocks and armchairs.

The Garden Deluxe rooms have an additional sitting area with a sofa-bed. Our rooms are surrounded by ample and exuberant tropical gardens. All rooms are air conditioned. Mini-bars are available on request. The voltage of our electrical outlets is 110 volts.
