Liked: even though the bar played lour music through the night you could not hear it if u did want to sleep. great atmosphere at the bar too. close to everything

Liked: Staff so very helpful! location right near main avenue and beach. Loved roof top bar cheap drinks, great way to meet people. Lockers in rooms.

Disliked: Didn't dislike enough to not stay again or recommend. Breakfast poor - so I heard. And if you are in room 1 right ABOVE night club have ear plugs or sleeping pills

Liked: Extremely good hostel in the budget category. The staff are super friendly, Marcelo is an absolute champion. The place is clean, and the bar area is an excellent area to meet fellow travellers and exchange ideas about what to do around Playa. The atmosphere is really easy going, which makes it natural for people to mingle. Top marks.

Disliked: Boon left no negative feedback.

Liked: The hostel is good for meeting people and it's in a great location.

Disliked: Bed bug central!!! On top of that the hostel is pretty run down and the water was switched off 3 times during my stay, one time was for a whole night. The air-con is advertised at being on for 3 periods during the day/night but you have to ask for them to switch it on constantly. It's also really noisy at night because it's between 2 bars one which blasts Greek music all night!

Disliked: The bar can be pretty noisy at night when you try to sleep.

Disliked: No fans in the room and they were quite hot. There were only two bathrooms for 24 ppl. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Beds were in poor condition and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Maybe more washrooms, i know it is a hostel, but the bed are kind of lumpy.

Liked: Very nice place to meet people, good location, next to the beach and to the central avenue. Rooftop bar gives you the possibility to meet people and have fun every night. Staff and guest were very friendly.

Disliked: I don´t recommend this hostel only if you look for a "beautiful" place. It´s just a nice place to sleep and meet people, but common areas are not well designed and finished. Matresses are not the best, but It´s OK.

Liked: Location was near the beach, staff was very helpful, hostel was not too expensive, rooms were cleaned every day and small breakfast was served every morning.

Disliked: Rooms were small, no toilet or shower in rooms. Hostel was really noisy! There were bar in hostel, this bar was open till noon every day. Music was very loud. But, that didn't bother us a lot. Next door were living girls, who stayed in this hostel only for partying. Every night they came to hostel at 3 a.m., and were screaming, shouting and slamming the doors till 5 a.m. There was no soundproofing, so we could hear everything from other rooms and the hall. We wanted to see things, not just party, and wanted to sleep too, so that was really annoying! (But not hostels fault, expect the lack of soundproofing).

Liked: Incredible location. Definitely a social hostel - the rooftop bar has music going until midnight, so a good place to meet people and have fun.

Disliked: Not a problem for me - but if you are looking for a mellow quiet place to go to bed early - this isn't your best bet. It's in the center of town - and you can hear music (either from the rooftop bar, or nearby bars/clubs) until fairly late at night.

Liked: The location was wonderful. It was right by 5th Avenue and only a block from a very beautiful public beach. My friends and I were able to walk to Wal-Mart, banks, restaurants, clubs, shops, and the beach. None of these places were further than a 20 minute walk. The staff was also very nice. From the moment we got there they were trying to make our stay wonderful. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the connections that the hostel had with local night clubs.

Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel every single spring in the mattress. There were also very few bathrooms. The room we stayed in had 14 beds and it had one bathroom. This made it very difficult to get ready in the evenings, as everyone was trying to use the bathroom at once. It was also very, very hot inside the hostel. The air conditioning wasn't kept on unless you repeatedly asked the staff to turn it on.
