Located at the town center, we offer personally tailored customer service and comfortable accomodation. All our rooms are comprised of double beds- no bunk beds!

We offer:

- Owner's personal attendance
- Clean rooms and toilets (we guarantee the bed-sheets change at most every 2 days for long staying guests)
- We guarantee hot water service
- We give the guest clean shower towels without cost charge (we guarantee towels change at most every 2 days for long staying guests)
- Kitchen access (small and simple but fully equipped)
- Common area with TV, Internet (Wi-Fi – FREE if bringing your laptop)
- Complete snack-shop and everything you might need for your personal cleanliness
- FREE (only common dormitories) security-lockers for personal belongings (small bags, not baggage)
- FREE (less than 3 hours!) only guest baggage storage. If it takes more than 3 hours we will charge you $30MXN pesos per day.
- 24 hour reception upon guest arrivals.
- We offer also Monte Alban's and general tours available


We do not offer:

- We DO NOT offer breakfasts (to maintain our low rates, the lowest in Oaxaca). However, we do have a snack shop if you need refreshment. In addition, main local-food market is just 2 blocks (2 to 3 minutes slow-walking). Try local food ;-)
- We DO NOT offer free baggage storage if it takes more than 3 hours.
- We DO NOT offer party or any noisy activities. Sorry.

For common dormitories:
--- NEVER with bunk beds.
--- Mostly with matrimonial size beds.
--- FREE security-lockers, for small personal belongings.

For private dormitories:
--- Some with complete inside independent private bathroom.
--- Some with king-size or queen-size beds, some with matrimonial/double size bed.
--- Some with TV-Sky and some rooms without TV.
--- All rooms with Wi-Fi signal coverage service (without charge bringing your laptop)
