Liked: We had a one night stay at Hostel Don Nino and it was excellent! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location is superb, safe and within walking distance of the Zocalo. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as it feels more like a Hotel but charges you Hostel fees :)

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not speak english so we communicated a lot using google translate. There is free internet and free unlimited drinking water. Breakfast is good and varied. Lots of traditional dishes. It is only a 5 min walk to the town centre and just round the corner from the 1st class bus station. Excellent.

Liked: One of the best hostels that I have ever stayed at and I consider myself someone who has stayed in many hostels.Its extrmely clean and has an excellent free breakfest.

Liked: Este hostel es el mejor de los donde estabamos cuando viajabamos por Mexico. Muy limpio, tranquilo, hay patio donde hay muchas flores, muy bello. No es hostal ordinario. Parece que los jefes de hostal de verdad lo quieren y hacen mucho para que los visitantes se sientan bien alli.Ademas hay desayunos tipicos mexicanos y oaxaquenos.

Liked: It was like staying at a really good hotel. You didn´t even feel like you were in a hostel. We had a private room, which was cleaned everyday, fresh towels, and a full breakfast every morning. Accommodating to vegetarians upon request. Great location, easy to get everywhere, and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly, and even provided fresh drinking water. WOW!

Liked: This is probably the most beautiful and clean hostel that we have ever stayed in. It felt like a hotel. Was the perfect place to chill and relax. Was also great distance from bus station, zocalo and many of the other attractions. I would recommend this hostel to anyone and everyone!

Liked: The hostal was excellent, great location, very clean, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and the family that runs it is very very nice. I would definitely recommend this to other travelers through Oaxaca....excellent value for your buck!!

Liked: This was a lovely hostel with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Good location too. The only thing to note is that I had to go through another dorm to get to my room and the bathrooms were downstairs. However, they were the nicest bathrooms I have seen yet in a hostel. Felt very safe here and relaxed.

Liked: The hostel felt really safe and was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet when I was there so I had a 6-person dorm all to myself. There are lockers for your backpacks and they have a safe for valuables. I liked the DVD collection and choice of two rooms with wide-screen tvs and sofas, which also provide a good place to meet other travellers. The included breakfast was local specialities, although slightly hit and miss!

Liked: The hostel is super-clean and has awesome service. Starting from the fact that beds are made before your arrival. It's a lot like a hotel instead of a hostel, which is a good thing considering it's cleanliness, but it looses a bit in character. Location is good if you're about to use busses otherwise it's a nice 10 min. walk from the center.

Liked: the owner is very kind and helpulf, as all the staff. They help you in all your needs. the place is much more then clean, the facilieties are very clean and you can find shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I really raccomand this place. Breakfast is every day different and tastes really good.

Liked: The hostel is only about a two minute walk away from the bus station. This was really nice for people that arrive late at night or need to head out early in the morning. The staff was super friendly and the accomodations were superb. The free breakfast was also really good.

Liked: Absolutely spotless, the most comfortable beds I´ve slept in in a hostel. Internet is fast and computers brand new. Was very quiet when we were there so were able to use the facilities at almost all times. The staff did not speak english but were very friendly and helpful

Liked: This was a great hostel, it was actually more like a hotel. They made your bed and provided a fresh towel for you everyday. Free breakfast was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful despite not being able to speak english. Its a 5 minute walk from the bus station. Right opposite a beautiful park. They have 2 cable tvs and internet provided, and free purified water. I would reccommend staying here if your going to Oaxaca
