Liked: Very warm and welcoming place run by great Oaxacan family. Away from the center, with beautiful mountain view, swimming pool and staff ready to help you with anything you need. Great place to meet interesting people to chill out with. Beautiful private rooms - 5 star hostel.

Liked: Beautiful place, great swimming pool, nice bar, and large. comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially when one of our party got sick and they helped us out by driving us around and organising a doctor. Only downside is it is a little far from the city center (50peso taxi ride) but the place is amazingly cheap for the facilities/services provided

Liked: The best place we have stayed in Mexico so far by a mile! We've made our way round from Cancun via Tulum,Chichen Itza, Merida, Campeche, Palenque and San Cristobal and this place is amazing value for money. Its not in the centre of town but the location and views are amazing. 40 pesos in a taxi (less than 2 pounds) but they will collect you from the bus station if you ring them. Family run and you feel part of the family. They even took us to a local Taco stand on the first night to get some culture and tradition. We booked an extra night it was so good. Facilities, rooms and pool and food are fantastic. Cannot recommend this more highly.
