Liked: Their hospitality and helpfulness was super great. Because of them, we could enjoy our three days without worrying about anything. Our baggage did not arrive with us, so we had to contact the airline. We did not do anything. The staff did EVERYTHING for us! They called the airline to make sure our baggage status. It took (I guess) almost 12 hours because the line was always busy. They took care of this issue for us, so we just enjoyed our day. If we had to do it by ourselves, we might have to stay at hostel to make phone calls. When we thanked them, "You are our guests.". it was what they said to us, Yes, it is true. BUT they called the airline till 2AM in the morning, and from 7AM they started calling again! What great service!! They really helped us to make next plan (how to get Oaxaca, to check the airplane reservation issue and so on). Our stay in Mexico was super great and successful because we started at their hostel with super help. If you do not know anything about Mexico especially, this is the place to stay. Their wonderful hospitality removes your worry about Mexico. Thanks to Hostel Montejo, our vacation in Mexico was super great. We really recommend this place. Thanks again for your super duper hospitality and helpfulness!!!

Liked: The staff was quite helpful and the place even when they could use a little bit of decoration, it's clean and nice. Sharing the bathroom it's a bit unconfortable and lowers the value for money...the facilities could give a little bit more caracther. The place is just too small to get to know people.

Liked: Clean, friendly and we (my husband and I) especially liked the advice from owner and staff on where to go, eat and have fun..all were excellent suggestions and we even got a couple maps on how to get to the metro and an area map of the city including metro lines..this was very helpful! Free breakfast a plus! Thanks Erin,CiaoLeah and Josh
