Liked: Good breakfast, great location, free airport collection. Not that clean, private room was not ready until about 5pm, bar very loud until 1am each night.

Liked: I signed for 2 nights and have extended to 7. I at one stage changed a booking, and then rechanged about 2 hours later and all this mucking around was handled by Cynthia with no problems. I asked if I could get a coffee and the staff behind the desk gave me a cup of their coffee as their was none for sale. I have nothing but praise for the service, and am really impressed that you offer free tours as well as the normal tours

Liked: everything about this hostel is great.the staff, the rooms, the lockers, breakfast, dinner and internet all free. the balcony and bar are perfect.location is great and tours everyday.
