Liked: Just the location is good in that place!

Disliked: The men's bathroom was DISGUSTING!

Liked: I had a nice time at the hostel, friendly people around and great atmosphere, the staff was friendly tryng to tell me what to do and were to go, and I was worried becouse on my arrival the weather of the city was awful but fortunatly it was not raining on the city douring most of the day.

Disliked: only one computer for free internet

Liked: Great hostel and great location, the service was great, breakfast basic but fair, helpfull staff with a lot of information about how to get to places around, thanks Bernardo.

Liked: It is a charming old house very well located. Very nice and safe place.

Disliked: The owner asked me for a price different from the price showed on the website. As I didn't accept, he accepted; but he didn't reduce from the price the 10% of the price that I had already paid to the website. As I didn't want to discuss for such small money I accepted. I discovered that this problem happened more times before.

Liked: This hostel is in a nice area with bars and cafes nearby and near big botanical gardens/museums. It is clean and the beds are comfy. Note that there are 3 to a bunk, not two. The guy who runs the hostel is really friendly and helpful..but is often not there when you need him! Some girls where trying to check in and it was only because I let them in that they weren't stuck on the street. Apart from tha a nice hostel, hot showers, slightly ancient but nice all the same.

Liked: It could have been a bit cleaner (esp. the bathroom). The private room was quite expensive for what it was but the staff and location were great.

Liked: Bernardo was absolutely great! Got any kind of information or support we needed to get around Mexico city and made us really enjoy our stay at the hostel. Thanks a lot!

Liked: The staff was at all times willing to help with directions and the best way to arrange everything. Although most things were shared privacy was always regarded.

Liked: The location is GREAT!! The area is somewhat upscale and I felt safe walking around even at night. The hostel feels more like a home than other hostels I have stayed at and is close to the metro and markets.

Liked: Perfect location for having access (Metro or walking) to all the main museums in Mexico City, but still have a little peace and quiet back at the hostel. The staff was excllent and soo helpful. This hostel is brand new, so they are still working everything out, but I think things are coming along great.
