Liked: it's really close to the centre, the zocalo.the staff is really friendly and speak really good englishthere are tours that they offer that look good, although i wasn't able to participate in them

Liked: Good location and tours available to teotihuacan etc, but its really noisy at night, and you could see right into our room from the corridors.

Liked: the staff were amazing, they were soo helpfull. This was our first stop on our Central America trip, and can highly recommend staying here.

Liked: A couple of the girls on the front desk were really nice and friendly and the private room we had was HUGE with views of the zocolo (although the street below did get very noisy)! Internet was free although really busy and sometimes slow. But overall this is a nice place to stay and do trips from.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk always willing to give advice,directionsetc. Good choice of day tours however my fellow day-trippers I wished ALL expenses i.e entrance to tourist attractions are included in price, not just transport and guide fees. These could be unwelcome surprises for budget travellers.

Liked: The ladies who work the front desk are extremely friendly and, as importantly, knowledgeable about local landmarks that I, as a tourist, would have been unable to locate if not for the assistance of them.

Liked: The private room we stayed in was enormous! Room for 6 and only slightly more than a dorm when divided by the two of us. Also the size and airiness of the old colonial building is great.
