Liked: I liked very much the hostel, especially the owner of the hostal is very nice and helpful. The only, but really the only thing, I didnt liked was, that there was no shared computer. The hostal has Wifi but you have to bring your own computer. The rest was fine.

Liked: I cannot recommend this hostel enough. Edwin the host is a Starr. The hostel feels like a home straight away. Edwin takes you through all the things to do in the local area as soon as you arrive. The place is a beautiful colonial house and is spotlessly clean. It is only 4 blocks from the central square and is close to a supermarket and internet place. Definately the hostel to stay at in Merida.

Liked: About 6 minute walk to the central plaza. Edwin, the owner, and his staff were very hospitable and accommodating (we arrived quite late and were able to store our bags after check out until our bus came). The place was the cleanest we have stayed in and it was beautifully. decorated. Yummy breakfast and purified water included. We would highly recommend this place as it is good value for money.

Liked: Guys I would recommend this Hostel to everyone who wants to stay in a super nice, clean safe and extremely friendly place, with one of the kindest owner. For sure the best in town!

Liked: This is a great place from where you can checkout Merida and it's surronding area. The hostel is very clean, has a very relaxed atmosphere (with beautiful arty decorations) and the owner, Edwin, is a dedicated and helpful person who is a great source of information for anything that there is to do and to see. I would certainly stay there again if around!

Liked: I loved the character of the place, as other travellers have said - it really did feel like you were staying in Edwin's (the owner's) home. He was very accommodating and took my laundry to be done, as well as explaining in great detail everything that there was to do in the area. I would very very highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for something a bit different from the average Lonely Planet hostel!

Liked: One of the lovliest hostels we have stayed in. The owner is the sweetest man who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and was very helpful in organising day trips and giving us advice as to what we could do and see. he goes out of his way to make his hostel lovely to stay in - there was free water and he even made us a little surprise packed breakfast when we went out early on an excursion one morning! loved it.

Liked: It is fantastic place ,very clean ,there is a lot of beautiful pictures on the walls,the owner is very friendly and helpfull ,he will give you a map of the city and will tell you what you should visit in Merida...we recomand this hotel!Amazing place!!

Liked: Edwin the owner was amazing. His knowledge was second to none and we had a such a good time due to his recommendations. The cenotes he recommended were the best we visited. Its in a great location and although no air con and the double room is actually bunk beds we were given lots of fans to cool us down. We even stayed an extra night there. Would definitely go back.
