Liked: The location is great and the atmosphere as well. It's a great place to meet people, they have live music at a lot of nights and great parties! (warning! There can be loud music and loads of people out until 2AM, making it for some people hard to get some sleep)

Disliked: The staff behind the counter was nice but very inefficient... They have to do way too much stuff for one person so you have long waits even if you just want to get some ice cream or a beer. The staff in the kitchen en behind the bar at night are not friendly at all and make it seem like you are giving them a very hard time by just ordering a drink... I mean if you don't want to work here just get an other job!

Liked: Really well designed, unusual looking hostal, great atmosphere. I stayed there for new years eve and they really made an effort on the night. Location is excellent.

Liked: Good location close to the beach and restaurants, and a nice outdoor hammock area to chill out in.

Disliked: The staff were actually quite rude to us when we checked in for no good reason- they had lots of attitude. Also the Internet and wifi had bad connections.

Liked: The location is ok, however on an island this small it is impossible to have a bad location. Be warned you cannot swim on the beach near the hostel.

Disliked: The staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't expect your normal friendly hostel staff who will talk to you and offer advice about their area. There are signs all around the hostel with rules and the punishment if you break them (eg. use the wrong locker - fine of $50; have more than 2 cups of coffee at breakfast - fine of $50, and many more). This leads to a bad atmosphere in the hostel. The free breakfast is actually just stale bread and coffee, everyday. When we went to the kitchen 5 minutes early for breakfast, the staff slammed the door right in our faces, instead just asking us to come back later. The hostel is not cleaned well. Someone threw up in a shared bathroom and the vomit stayed there for 4 days. The wifi doesn't really work and you can only use the hostel computer for 3o minutes. They have a bar but the drinks are more expensive than the other bars on the island. After staying in approx 100 hostels, this is the worst I have ever stayed in. I strongly recommend you pay a few dollars more and stay at one of the friendly cheap hotels on the island.

Liked: great social hostel, cheap meals and always had fun activities planned. nice common area and helpful staff. overrall pretty good.

Disliked: breakfast was a bit light, just toast and coffee.

Liked: atmosphere was awesome. great place to meet people. 1 free drink on the house on your first night arrival.

Disliked: was a bit run down and not all the rooms had AC. we had 8 girls and only 2 fans, was humid and hot!

Liked: You always meet new people every day that are in the same situation as yourself. Friendly employes and a great offer to every backpacker. Nice prices and a great beach bar!

Disliked: The room we stayed in didnt have a ac, but only two fans, which made it almost impossible so sleep well when you share a room with seven other people.

Liked: The hostel is located near laundry, grocery, and other facilities. It also has Wifi, good food, and nice staff. Very clean.

Liked: Awesome atmosphere, great food that is reasonably priced, amazing location (on the beach and a couple blocks from the main beach) friendly staff and GREAT nightlife

Disliked: The room we stayed in was a private room over the office and on the street so it was loud and bright all night, but we have stayed in poc-Na before in other rooms and loved it...its one of the best hostel's we have been to.

Liked: Everthing was good, except for the hostel hasnt cook where guest cook it own food.

Disliked: Evething was good! The only thing to say is we can't cook your foods.

Liked: Great location, on the beach and close to town. Had lots of hammocks out the front.

Disliked: Mostly non-English speaking people when we visited so was hard to mingle - nothing to do with the hostel.

Liked: I liked this place, but it is a party every night, so unless you can sleep through that (I am able to sleep through anything), you might choose another place

Liked: Nice people,nice atmosphere and very close to the beach.

Disliked: The matrazes are very used , so I could feel every wooden bar of the bed . That's the only advise buy some new !

Liked: The 24/7 music going on. Lot of youngsters hanging so easy to meet people!

Disliked: I didnt mind too much but sleeping early is out of question! Music is pumping late, really late!

Liked: Everything is by so far among the 7 hostels I have stayed in the best. All the necessary conditions for backpacker hostels and unbelievable low price are met plus the free daily activities such as handy Spanish lesson.

Disliked: Music in the lobby near the dormitories will last until around 1100 pm.
