Disliked: Difficult to find/contact staff. No common room or other facitities - the hostel is just the rooms and a terrace.

Liked: Nice outdoor area, close to the beach, met some nice people there.

Disliked: There was no kitchen, and it looks more like a motel than a hostel. They should clean the bathroom more often.

Disliked: make sure A/C is included in the room price. There are fans in the room but it is extremely hot.

Liked: Was in a central location right on the main street. Although it is very basic it is quite good for mexican standards for a hostel

Disliked: no common area to meet new people... but the town itself is very friendly so wasnt really a problem

Liked: The owners are very nice and accommodating. I would really have liked some useable lockers with locks though.

Disliked: We had a very sketchy room mate, obviously not their fault. Soap in the bathroom would have been nice.

Liked: The couple that runs it is really friendly and helpful (they don't speak English though, only spanish; he also speaks norwegian). It's clean and there's a big balcony with seats in front of the rooms. You can hang out there at night. The owner also has a café around the corner where breakfast is served: Good coffee and toast with jam. All in all, it's a good place to stay and explore the island, especially for the price. Rather quiet, no party hostel.

Disliked: There's no kitchen and no classical common room. There is WiFi, but hardly accessible in the rooms, you have to go to the café to really get it. But thus, you can check your mails during breakfast. Also, it was a little hard to find but that's googlemaps' fault because the street names online are off. Just get a map a the UltraMar ticket shop and look for Juárez and Hidalgo there or ask your way around. It's just a 10-15 min walk from the ferry, even with backpacks.

Liked: The place is very well located and the facilities are good except for the shower, had to take a cold shower. They have breakfast included but it`s just toast and coffee. I was unlike cause there was anyone else in the dorm so could`t meet anyone. Very cheap though.

Disliked: cold shower, breakfast a bit poor.

Disliked: bad and rotten furnishment, dirty, it seems they want nothing but your money, breakfast is almost nothing

Liked: Great location, close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Disliked: Being close to the bars means it can get quite noisy at night if you are trying to go to bed early.

Liked: only short walk to the beach Playa Norte, room had A/C, beach towels for rent.

Disliked: it was very hard to find, because on the hostelbooker website the map shows the wrong place. and the homepage of the hostel does not clearly state where they are. when we needed to talk to a responsible person we couldn't find anybody. even in august it was a ghost hostel, we didn't meet or see anybody outside in the common area.

Liked: It was in a good location and had a nice outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The room was really hot at night, we had to sleep with the door open. The room wasnt very clean and it wasnt cleaned while i was there.

Liked: The rooms are nice and clean, so dont worry that there aren´t any pictures out on the website. Nice lounge are with chairs and hammocks outside, nice place to sit and relax or have a drink. Includet breakfast, very basic just toast, juice and coffee.But are possibillities to buy something extra, the resturant downstairs have very good food. Safe area. And very helpfull staff. we where suppose to only stay two nights but we ended up staying for a week :)

Liked: Perfectly nice hostel. Clean, comfy beds etc. Breakfast is included which the staff serve to guests in the nice communal area outside your room. Only minor factor is it didn´t have a really fun and buzzing atmosphere like hostels on the island.

Liked: Probably the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. 1 block from the beach, on the main road with all the bars and restaurants.Sergio the owner is a truly amazing and will help you out in any way he can. Our room had everything you could possibly want, hot water, private bathroom, free wii fi, comfy beds, clean sheets, wicked common balcony with hammocks and beds.I can't wait to return!!
