Liked: I recommend this place to everyone going to stay in Guanajuato. The atmosphere of the place was really relax and friendly. The rooms were clean and the location of the hostel is right in the historical center and at two minutes walking of great bars and pubs.

Disliked: - Only one washroom for the girls - We cannot lock our room, so we need to put our valuable stuff in lockers that could easily be forced by someone who really would like to steal your stuff.

Liked: The location of the property is it's best feature. The roof top patio they have is also pretty stellar. The staff is friendly, the facilities are decent. I'd recommend it for small or large groups. I stayed there this time with nine others and as far as I know, there are no serious complaints.

Disliked: Because we were such a large group, and most of us are female, the one bathroom situation did get kind of old. I'd suggest more facilities for ladies.

Liked: This hostel is the BEST! I couldn't imagine that I will stay in this nice environment for that small amount of money. Staff Vero is very friendly and nice, just like mom. The place is extremely safe (I left my laptop and cash in my bag opened and unlocked, but nothing happened!-- still, I recommend you to keep everything safe in the cabinet in the hostel.) and very clean. The towels are great too. I wake up very late, so haven't had any breakfast, but they have a sushi restaurant right next to the hostel. Also, the location is the BEST. Just like 3-min walk to the center of the city and university of Guanajuato. Again, I really recommend this hostel and want to stay there again. Gracias, Vero!

Liked: Guanajuato is an aboslutely beautiful and magical city that you must visit. Great location, had good wifi and not overcrowded dorms, but the breakfast was truly woeful, it wasn´t clean and it was more or less empty so not very sociable. However, if you´re on a budget and in a hurry, it was a fine option.

Liked: Good location, close to all the sights. The roof top terrace is great! Staff were friendly but didnt really offer any advice on what to do while in town. There was only one other guest when I was there so there wasnt a chance to meet people. Only bad thing- there is a kitchen but no fridge!
