'La Tía Rocío' is near of the beautiful Templo Expiatorio historical centre, Universidad de Guadalajara, Exconvento del Carmen, and Parque Agua Azul. Also is near to some spanish schools and teacher trainning like Instituto Mexicano Norteamericano de Jalisco, YMAC, ITTO, etc.
