Liked: The owner was really nice, but the place is pretty awful given the price, didn´t feel clean and total lack of any decoration in room made it all a bit dire.

Liked: The lady who runs the place is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen is completely well stocked (its her prvt kitchen) and super clean. there is a wonderful chill spot outside with hammocks, armchairs, internet and TV and the rooms all have fans which is great.

Liked: Very easy to find, the ladies who run it are very friendly and the rooms are clean if a little hot. A good mellow place to meet fellow travellers who are in between belize and mexico. Chetumal is quite cheap relative to Cancun so getting around is no problem even though the hostel is not in the centre.

Liked: Very cheap to get to downtown. The staff there gave us a lot of tips for good places to go in the city,., so on. Perfect stay!! We loved it!!!

Liked: small friendly, quiet with a nice eating area. The owner was very accomodating - getting out of bed at 5.00am to get us a taxi to the bus station. A good 1 night stopover but it would have been nice to chill out here for alittle longer.

Liked: After a long bus trip to Chetumal it was very nice to be greeted by such friendly and courteous people on our way down to Belize. The ladies working in the hostel were among the nicest I have ever dealt with in any hostel over many years of travelling. They went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home. The room was also exceptionally nice and clean. I would highly reccomend this hostel to anyone travelling in Mexico.

Liked: The lady who owns the hostel is a lovely woman, one of our party had gotten sick while staying there and we didnt have much apanish, she personally took my friend to the doctor to help her. She always phoned us taxis and lent us her own dvd player and dvds to watch when it was raining. Hoghly recommended!
