Upon making your reservation please provide your arrival information in order for us
to arrange your free airport pick up. Your prompt response will very much appreciated,
if arriving by bus/plane,e-mail your arrival details(flight number and time, or arrival time
at the Cancun bus terminal)and we will waiting for you at the gate, the driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. The ride from the airport to the hotel is about 15 minutes, and from the bus station 20 minutes. The e-mail address to contact us is given in your confirmation.

You are 10 minutes away from Cancun’s International airport. You don’t need to rent a vehicle, since in the hotel zone there is a 24- hr-bus service so you can go and visit every attraction in the hotel zone, it´s a safe way for less.
