Liked: If you just need somewhere to stay the night this is a great cheap place, a bit hard to find but walking distance from the bus station. The owner was helpful and spoke good English however we had to wait for him to arrive and let us in to our room. The rooms are very basic but comfortable, the atmosphere isn't great.

Liked: It had a really great roof patio and was really close to the bus station, making it easy to make trips out of cancun. though we did get bit up by bedbugs (or sand fleas?). also keep good records of payments or else you might end up paying for 3 nights when you only stay 2, whenever the owner "forgets" you have paid him.

Liked: it is was clean in our room, and the fan on the ceiling kept us reasonably cool at night. There was a kitchen which was great, although it copuld have done with a few more untensils.
