Liked: Friendly owner greeted me nicely even though it was quite late at night. Free internet. Towels and linen provided. 15 min walk from bus terminal. Very pleasant atmospere, quiet, felt like a homestay. A few cats around the place - worth considering if you have allergies.

Liked: Basic but ok place. The staff was wery helpfull and all spoke perfekt english.The aircon could not be turnesd off.Close to the biggest shopping center in Cancun. 15 min. busride from the god part of the beach.

Liked: casa tipico is a nice place to stay, if youre passing through cancun. it has clean, big, cool rooms and hot water. the area around the hostel is a little boring, but the busses run just outside the door, and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. good value for the money.

Liked: The private rooms are huge and fully airconditioned around the clock, also it is a music school, where students practice & learn pianoplus studios for bands to practice.The only suggestion : cable tv in the room (not just in the lounge)

Liked: The proprietors are very friendly and incredibly helpful and kind. You are made to feel extremely welcome. It is within two blocks of the central bus station.The proprietess speaks excellent English as does her co owner.There is a kitchen and fridge on the top floor, opening out onto a roof terrace.
