Margaret RogersThe staff were really friendly, which was great considering we arrived there late at night, and in the middle of a hurricane! Great little (covered) roof terrace, where we met some of the other people we shared the dorm room with. Probable even better in the sun! |

Customer reviewthis hostel was great. they have a kitchen, so close to ADO bus station, free breakfast, blocks away from Chedraui grocery store (amazing!) and good restaurants abound! the only thing you need to watch out for is to print your reservation b/c they sometimes need to see it otherwise won't give you hostelbookers discounted rate. also, dont flush toilet paper, their plumbing cannot handle anything! and bringing your own TP is probably a good idea, especially if you are staying in the 10 bed dorm. |

Jay SamesIt was a quick in and out trip. And while we didn´t have much time to evaluate, they were good to us and put us in a smaller dorm so as not to disturb others already there. All that´s a good sign. The grass huts seem like they could be broken into, there were locks and people about always. |

We felt safe about leaving all of our stuff there- unlocked. The staff was very accomadating allowing us to store our luggage on days prior to leaving as well as helping us plan trips! Great location... |

Andrea SvejcarovaThey served FREE BREAKFAST which it is not written on the website. GREAT. FREE INTERNET. I used it all the time, there is not oversrowded so u can enjoy it howlong u want to. Only 1minut from bus station from there u get to the beach,it is only 5minutes by bus.You are in dowtown,it is close to all stores and attractions.GO FOR THIS HOSTEL.Huts are awesome,it makes u feel that u appeared on some tropical island. I LOVED THIS PLACE!Cant forget the GREAT STAFF.HELPFUL,FUNNY,simply AWESOME.I like u guys!!! |

Customer reviewThe location really near the bus terminal was good. It was also only one of three hostels I have stayed in downtown Cancun that you could actually sleep. The other two you could hear pumping dance music all night, but this one was really quiet. |
