brian kiteYou are in the heart of downtown near El Parque de la Parapas, a fun open market area full of life and chacmool provides a terrace overlooking it. Great place to meet people and good location to see the real Cancun, not just the typical American resort bs. |

Customer reviewGood location (opposite main park and near main street and shops), lockers and air-conditioning in dorm room (well ours anyway - don´t know about them all?), cafe and bar downstairs, 1 hour free internet per person per day (however the internet is only available at breakfast and at night when the cafe and bar are open). I would recommend this place. It is a good average hostel. Not outstanding but not bad either. |

Julia AtencioIt was a couple of blocks from the Bus Station. Several bus routes were a short distance from the hostel. I used "Route 1" to the famous Hotel Area and beaches several times. There were several eateries near the hostel. The management were cooperative and pleasant. The hostel was clean. The beds were OK, too. I would like to make a suggestion, tho. I think it would be nice if the hostel would e-mail exact directions to the hostel from the Bus Station before the traveler arrives. I had a difficult time locating it even tho it was so close to the Bus Station. No one seemed to know where Gladiolas St. was, even tho I was in that general area. Also they could give a list with popular superstores nearby (Papeleria and Che something)and mention the "OXO" (I'm not sure I spelled that right) is open 24 hours and sells water and other cold bottled drinks. |

Customer reviewFree breakfast, welcome beer, free use of internet, small air-con dorms, mozzie-free (mosquitos are rampant in this part of the world), cheap laundry (it´s next door), good pub attached and cheap food in the park opposite. |

David BosquezThe people that operate the hostel live on site and have a security guy who gaurds the enterance. They have laundry facilities, bar, restaurant, internet & kitchen. They have hot water for showers. Meet some wonderful people from Switzerland, Germany, Detroit, Minnesota, Mexico City we all hung out every day & exchange e-mails. Now i will visit them in there homelands. |

Customer reviewEverything you need is within a reachable distanze of the hostel - laundry, internet cafe (which you can use for 1 hour a day for free - or if you have a laptop, just surf whireless), restaurant are built next to the hostel, a huge supermarket "just around the corner" (300 - 500 meter), the beaches can be reached with busses within 20 minutes ride (6.50 Pesos). The rooms have aircondition (not just a fan as other hostels provide for their guests in dorms) and if a problem occurs, it's solved whithin a blink of an eye. |
