Liked: they had a nice pool

Disliked: We arrived the day before my birthday for a two night stay on time for check in and were turned away as they did not have our booking nor did they have any space they said. they did not help us in solving the problem they simply sent us packing to find another hotel in peak season at late notice. We went back the next day (my birthday) to check in as we had no where else to go and didnt want to forfit our deposit. that night after returning from sightseeing we spent about 30 mins searching for and killing bugs that turned out to be tics! crawling all through our bed sheets and the walls. We alarmed the receptionist of this at midnight and were moved to the room next door. in the morning we were accused of bringing the tics in our packs as we had come from the jungle or soemthing...... We had just arrived from Canada. These accusations were upsetting and rude. Do not stay here.

Disliked: not enough parking! the crew is not really friendly and they dont help to much..but because of the price...you have to expect that is not Hilton or Barcelo!! some thing must be not perfect..

Liked: Gorgeous grounds. Small so you don't just feel like a number. Queit. Right across the street from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Bus stop out front. 24 hour store about 100 meters away, another little convenience store just next door where you can get fresh tortas, bananas, mangos. Running/biking path across the street. Upgraded to private room for dorm room price b/c no dorm room available.

Disliked: Nothing. I didn't want to be in "little America," so this was absolutely perfect.

Liked: It was a great place to stay, didn't feel like a hostel but more like a hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself is really nice and it just feels like vacation.

Disliked: The breakfast was the same every day. But that's okay for just 13$ a night the hostel is great.

Liked: Awesome swimming pool, like a resort, Excellent value for money. Very clean. Had a whole dorm to myself.

Disliked: Very quiet, not central.

Liked: private rooms very spacious and clean, cable tv

Disliked: not a good place for meeting people, was there for 3 days and met noone, alos the pool is surrounded by trees so virtually impossible to sunbathe, also they tried to chage me 10 pesos service for an omelet for breakfast (when i got my own cofee and oj, what service!!??) also they booked me incorrectly into a private room and i arrived homw at the end of the day to find all my belongings including my valuables dumped on the corridor byt the persons already in teh room, the staff didnt even apologise and thought it was funny

Liked: 5min walk to beach, 15pesos return bus trip to town. Great clean cheap place to stay. Big breakfast. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel. Reccomend to others

Liked: Great pool, great views out the back. Although not near anything interesting on th hotels strip or downtown, there's a bus stop 30m from the front which makes getting around quite easy.

Liked: perfect !!! clean safe, quiet in comparison to the crowd of the resorts in zona hoteliera..cheap and clean good breakfast, the lagoon and the boats give a soft and calm athmosphere...no fun but relaxation..location great in front of embarcadero to isla mujeres

Liked: It is a really nice place to stay, every thing is very clean... the swimming pool and the restaurant are nice ... the staff working here are always so friendly... they are always smiling, ready to help you anytime... the breakfasts are delicious...The location is perfect, not far from the nice beaches... and from downtonw... excellent
