Robert Charltonthe staff were good and helpful. but the dorm is a hole with rubbish lockers. stay at hostel mayapan in the zona hotelera its really nice and located in the only place in cancun worth going to. downtown is rubbish |

kevin bowenNice place to stay in Cancun, with good ammentities and a good setup. Unfourtunately the staff charged almost double the price for the Whale sharks swim and for the Chichen Itza tour (should be 1100-1300 & 400-600 pesos respectively), which ruined the experience slightly when i found out how much more i paid than everyone else. Unfourtunately i also lost clothes while i stayed at this hostel which i found upsetting, which some staff went out of their way to resolve and genuinly wanted to rectify the situation (but were ultimately unable to), while others seemed to not put in as much effort when they had direct responsibility for the occurence. I would not recommend this hostel based on my poor experience there and what it ultimately cost me, however with this bit of info, im sure others would be able to do better there than i did. |

Customer reviewVery colourful, quiet place! Great start for my trip! The staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They also sometimes host free cocktail, beer nights etc. I stayed longer than expected! |
