We can offer you our completely renovated 58 rooms, equipped with electronic key cards, air conditioned, fans, telephone, Cable TV, safe deposit box, double beds and all the amenities to ensure you a comfortable and enjoyable stay that includes the convenience to access wireless internet in your room.

24 + 18 NEW Standard rooms with capacity for 1 or 2 people (with one queen bed)
12 Superior rooms with capacity for 1 to 4 people (with two queen beds - 4 people maximum)
3 junior suites with capacity for 1 to 5 people (with two queens and a sofa bed - 5 persons maximum)
1 Suite with capacity for 1 to 4 people (with two queen beds and living room area, and small refrigerator - 4 people maximum)
Swimming pool & NEW Jacuzzi:
For the comfort and convenience of our guests we have a remodelled 50 square meters swimming pool with a sun deck, children swimming pool, public restrooms, and garden and pool bar service. Open from 8:00am to 7:00 pm.

Accompanied by your friends, enjoy with us our special events and romantic evenings with your favourite drink. Open from 10:00am to 12:00pm
In room dinning:
If you prefer the intimacy of your room or simply enjoy your meal in the comfort and relax of your room, we offer you our in-room dining service. The menu includes the specialties of ‘Los Caracoles’ cuisine together with salads and sandwiches for a fast yet exquisite meal. If you are planning to go out on a tour to visit one the various attractions that this region offers you, ask for our ‘box lunch’ carefully and hygienically prepared in our main kitchen. In-room dining offers you a wide variety of drinks for your comfort.
Transportation to Cancun International Airport (One way or Round way)
We offer you transportation service Airport – Hotel – Airport in our executive van. Request this service when making your reservation. Shuttle service is not included in our room rates.
Laundry Service:
From the comfort of your room you can request laundry service provided by us. As per your needs, you may request a normal 24 hour service or express service. Open from 7:00 am to 9:00pm (extra charge)
Safety Boxes:
Although the hotel provides you with electronic key card and security service 24 hours a day, we are not responsible for values left in the rooms. Every room has safety boxes available for you.

Once you reserve, if cancelled 48 hrs before arrival deposit is NON refundable and will be a penalty charge of 1 night. except in Christmas, New Year, East season & Holidays for this dates will be charge the 100% total amount stay.: Take the public bus from the airport to the bus depot at the intersection of Uxmal and Tulum Avenue in downtown Cancun. From the depot, cross the street Uxmal and proceed down Uxmal towards Tullum until you see the street Calle Margaritas (Margarita St) on your right. There is a big store named ARCA DE NOE there. Turn right at the intersection of Uxmal and Calle Margaritas. After one block, turn right down the cross street also named Calle Margaritas. The hostel office is located halfway down the block. See map below. A sign with 'Mayan Hostel' is located above the office entrance which is behind a black iron gate with the address of Calle Margaritas #17

The cheapest and good way to come from the airport to hostel will be by the ADO/RIVIERA bus line which charges you 15 pesos per person and takes you to the bus station which is located just 1 block from our hostel. Once out the bus station turn to the left you will see Uxmal Avenue cross it you will see the ARCA DE NOE store that's the beginning of Margaritas Street the one to get the hostel.
