Maya coral reef is the second large coral reef in the world.
Maya’s Tulum ruins fall sheer into the Caribbean sea and are one of the major sightseeing of the Riviera Maya. The ecological parks of Xcaret and Xel-ha are two of the most well known attractions of Riviera Maya. To dive among multicolour fishes and swim in a subterranean river or with dolphins will no longer be a dream.

Accommodation Information

Each studio is a stand alone casita with queen bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare light meals. Each studio also has it's own private terrace looking out over tropical gardens towards the swimming pool. Two of the studios also have a single bed in addition to the queen bed. Great for an extra child or adult.

That’s why Maya called this bay Akumal that means the place of turtles. Villa Tortugas will let you enjoy the tropical forest’s charm, together with a relaxing holiday. You will experience all the beautiful local sites in the Riviera Maya. Akumal is the perfect place for eco-tourists, snorkelling and diving lovers; thanks to its convenient location, only 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen and Tulum, you can choose between a shopping walk on the Quinta Avenida and a visit to the National Park that falls sheer to the seven colours sea.
