Residence Cocody is a recently built villa, conceived and designed to provide you with all comforts. It is an entirely airconditioned, cozy and convivial guest house in a quiet and charming area led by a private family.

Accommodation Information

The Residence Cocody has two apartments available. The first has 2 double bedrooms nicely decorated and comfortable. The apartment can sleep between 3-4 people and has air-conditioning units available for a small additional fee.

The other apartment is a one bedroom apartment with double bed that can sleep up to two people.

Each apartment has its own kitchen and living/dining area equipped with a TV and bathroom with hot/cold water 24 hours. It also has a balcony. The Open verandah at the front of the Villa provides a relaxing and cool area where guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, rice cooker, water cooker, coffee maker, gas cooker and all kitchen utensils to prepare a meal. Each apartment has an iron + table although a laundry service is on request at a fee.

Services are provided for cleaning and changing bed sheets and bath/kitchen towels.
Bedrooms are with all comfort, bathroom with shower and private toilet.
All linen and towels are being provided free of charge.

Location Information

Residence Cocody is situated in Grand Bay which is among the main tourist villages with all the amenities available. It is also the place that Mauritians head for if they want a night out for entertainment and fun (restaurants, bars and discotheques) and great shopping from the local market to the expensive boutiques and galleries. Also nearby is Perebere another beach resort with bars and restaurants as well as a lovely beach running on from Mont Choisy yet another area of natural beauty and renowned as the longest beach in Mauritius.

Spending a day out at sea is a popular recreation activity in Grand Bay. The palm-fringed beaches offer numerous opportunities for water sports like swimming, diving, snorkeling, and surfing.

You can also explore the undersea world to see the abundant marine life. In addition, you can take a horseback riding trip inside Mont Choisy Park or go kayaking among the mangroves of Ile d'Ambre.

After a day of hiking at La Nicoliere, you can retreat to the comforts of your Grand Bay vacation villa or home to get rejuvenated and prepare for your next adventure packed day in Grand Bay.
