Liked: I liked only the fact that the property is in a good location - central in St. Julian's. There was a bus stop nearby, sandy beach and lots of discos and shops.

Disliked: I disliked the fact that several of the features of the property and the photos did not match my and my friends' expectations.

Liked: Wonderful place to stay. Not the most beautiful place, but the value was amazing! The apartment was large and had all we needed. Staff was friendly and the location was ideal, easy to walk to all restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would recommend this place for anyone wanted to see Malta but still staying on budget.

Liked: location and prices are really good, it's 2 minutes by walk from St. Julian's centre and in faraway place in the same time. Sea view through the window and small garden behind a second. The room is big and has a balcony, staff is friendly

Disliked: Furniture is very old, the wooden sofa has been broken just after I took a sit on it, 'kitchen' is a fridge, sink and 1 small cupboard . Hostel is occupied by young people, during the first night someone kicked at the front door and screamed for 2 hours

Liked: big, specious room, very good price (january), own kitchen and bathroom, fridge, towels, soaps, dishes, spunges and bedlinen is included in price, sunny room, view at the pool, there is bar/pub in the yard, wi-fi room

Disliked: no cleaning lady during your stay period in the room, you have to take care about cleaning and toilet papers on your own

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay there- the place is near everything you might need- restaurants, clubs, bus stop to all the destinations we needed, bank ect. but not in the main street which is better as it's not as loud as it could be.Generally it's quite noisy in the night but after reading other opinions I thought it would be far worse.For me- for the price you pay there, it'sa really great option!!!!! :)

Liked: Positives: Location, Price, Quiet most nights.Negatives: Apartment does not look like pictures, wifi only outside, pool closed until 2nd last day, apartment not cleaned once in ten days, new sheets offered after 7days, toilet roll had to be asked for after 3days, cooking facilities old and poor, general appearance of property is poor and could do with a freshen up.

Liked: i would reccommend to everyone this residence, its was great, its really good for the price u pay. Its in the center of attentions. you have your oun pool, kitchen, bathroom, living room. Everything you need. The only big problem is that the cleaning ladies werent there the all 9 days of our stay. No fresh towels, no clean floors, no nothing. that was big minus for the residence. But bottom line it was great and we will be back for sho :D

Liked: It is the perfect location for students. It is cheap, in a really good shape, and close to the party places. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs, but I think in the main season that should not be a problem! I LOVE MALTA!

Liked: it was really in the centre of St. Julian´s, to go to the city, beach, party sites it took you 5 minutes

Liked: The Dean Residence was fine for the money but doesn't work out the cheapest for a lone traveller. It could have been a bit cleaner. The pool was closed one day without explaination and there was noone to contact. The location was good but the poor lighting made it feela bit unsafe at night time when accessing the far block where I was staying. I would recommend it to a group of travellers watching their money wanting to stay in a nice area near to the nightlife.
