Liked: Super comfy bed. Friendly staff. Hot shower. Laundry service (a little expensive though). Free bottled drinking water.

Disliked: The big ass rat I saw scurrying down the hallway towards the trashcan.

Liked: This place is great value for money. The location in Sandarkan is good and you get a basic breakfast and good wifi included in the price. Furthermore the staff is great and the common area is nice.

Disliked: This is not for those who worry too about white sheets. Though I have no reason to believe that the rooms were not clean the facilities are a bit run down, so do not expect perfection.

Liked: The staff couldnt be more helpful, they were all great. Comfortable room, nothing fancy but clean and basic. Overall great value for money

Disliked: Nothing, for the price you pay it is excellent value for money.

Liked: Private room with hot shower and toilet for a reasonable price. With television and free internet. Although the computers need to be replaced.

Disliked: Computers should be replaced and the bed needs bigger sheets.

Liked: It is in the heart of Sanakan, and is in the middle of lots of shops and restaurant. It is very clean and cheap especially for a private room with your own bathroom.

Liked: Nice place - we stayed in a double room with ensuite bathroom. Great price, great wifi, great staff (very helpful), and close to everything you might need in the middle of sandakan as well as the bus to the proboscis monkey sanctuary and sepilok. Breakfasts were basic but plentiful. Rooms could do with a lick of paint but are very clean. Would stay again.
