Welcome to Annie's Homestay, It is a homestay in a clean double storey house in the heart of batu feringghi with breakfast in a very convenient & central location, just 7 minutes from the beach. We are proud to say that guest's feel very much at home with us!

We offer clean rooms with no Curfew and no Lockout, Free tea/coffee & Free Breakfast.

We speak fluent English and we will do everything to make your experience both pleasurable and hassle free. These services are available to you based upon your personal requirements.

Our rooms come with fan and shared bathroom & toilets or rooms with air conditioning and shared bathroom or attached bathroom.

We have internet but it is Rm2 per hour, you can use the usb stick and connect it to your laptop.

Accommodation Information

We have 9 rooms only to ensure your privacy & 2 are air conditioned double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, 2 double fan rooms with shared bathrooms, 2 air conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & the last one is 3 single fan rooms with a shared bathroom.

We live here now with our family.

We have internet but it is Rm2 per hour. You can connect a USB stick to your laptop to use it.

Location Information

We are in the heart of Batu Ferringhi close to the beach, about 7 minutes walk. Batu Ferringhi is the most famous tourist spot in Penang with good, clean & cheap food as well as gourmet restaurants. It is well known for water sports or just a day on the beach.

We get amazing sunsets, certainly a sight to behold! Also the night market - temporary roadside shops - that sell almost everything for a bargain.
