Liked: Beautiful building, very friendly staff. Banana bread at breakfast was delicious! Everything is brand new, lovely shower/toilet facilities, and the room was bright and clean. Within walking distance of the bus station.

Liked: i think this hostel is the best hostel in Malaysia based on its price level!! or maybe in South East Asia.. the model is different with the others.. the staffs are very friendly and very informative! the atmosphere and cleanliness are excellent!!

Liked: Staff were very friendly, the old colonial style building was very nice. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms immaculate. The hostel wasn't great for a party atmosphere but this may just have been bad luck with the timing of when I was there.

Liked: The hostel was very clean, and due it being the low season we were given a free upgrade to a double room! Very friendly and helpful staff, close to the night market and great restaurants nearby. Lovely character to the place, highly recommended.

Liked: Really clean, fresh and new. Shared bathrooms nice and room really nice, big and clean! Free breakfast served with a smile...good stuff! Good price too.

Liked: This hostel was absolutely amazing. Freddy and the staff took care of everyone's needs with a smile. When I arrived I was upgraded to a double bed with an ensuite, what a pleasant surprise! Rooms and bathrooms are immaculate, will definitely be recommending this hostel to anyone who asks!

Liked: Most upmarket hostel I've stayed in but at a great price. Very clean and very new, only opened in 2006. So everything is fresh including beds, towels, even the grout in the showers and toilets is still white. I loved the whole setting, newly renovated colonial house, set back off the road. It is lacking that hostel feel, not many people around at the time I stayed. Good laundry service, clothes folded for 8RM, internet access for 5RM an hour, newspaper every morningwith breakfast.
