Liked: Big room. Very friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: musty smell when entering room (though did not notice it after a while)

Liked: The rooms are quite big.

Disliked: However the distance from the city was 5 km so the money saved in the room is eaten up by fees to take a taxi into the city. A bus option to Miri is available but wait times for bus could be long. in addition, the air conditioner in our room was mouldy and the walls were not very clean.

Liked: The hotel is between the city and the Airport with regular buses, so it was fairly easy to get in to the city. We only stayed one night but didn't get much sleep because of a wedding party hosted in the hotel which went on to late in the night (at 4am someone was shouting in the corridor outside our room...)That aside (I mean we only stayed one night, so it might be ok the rest of the time) we couldn't have any shower in the morning because no water came out of any of the taps. A bit useless to pay extra for en suite bathroom and not get any water with it.

Liked: Large bright rooms and large en suite bathroom, quiet, very clean. 10 mins by taxi to city centre but a bit longer by bus.

Liked: the friendly staff/ manager. he even took care of airport transport (free of charge) and we could leave our luggage at the hotel when we did a 2 night tour en after that we could use a room with bath (free of charge)
