Liked: A family run hostel/guesthouse which is reflected in the very affordable rates and excellent service provided! Breakfast was very complete with tea, coffee, toast, fruit, treats, huge selection of jams, etc. Also a guest fridge to store small amounts of your own food/drinks, but also you can buy beers, juices, soft drinks etc for reasonable prices. Very well located, walking distance to everything. Shower was great and toilets clean. Wifi very good. Secure accommodation. Also, just make sure when you get the bus from Melaka Sentral station that you sit near the front of the bus if possible and remind the driver that you want to get off at Bukit Cina... even though we did this he still managed to forget and left us past the stop and we had to walk back. It was worth it though when we arrived to our lovely airconditioned double room! Very relaxing place to stay!

Liked: Might be the best place to stay in Melaka, the owners are really nice, fliendly and helpfull. you really feel at home !! We even stayed longer in Melaka just because of this GREAT Great Guest House ! So stop looking for another place, book it now !!!

Liked: this is a family hostel run by a friendly and helpful young couple who understand what backpackers need as they were once backpackers... they go all out to help you with any need you may have or any information you may need....the location is central and place is kept spotless at all time....I have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone...

Liked: This hostel can only be described as wonderful-it is a real pleasure to have stayed here. As the hostel doubles at the home of it's owner's, there is a very welcoming feel throughout your stay. The owners also run the guest house and put so much care into ensuring that you have an enjoyable stay with them-I couldnt reccomend this hostel highly enough! Plus, the free breakfast, internet access, wifi access and drinking water all combined with the very reasonable rates (with tens of dvd's to chose from to watch also) makes this guest house one of the very best i have stayed in during my 13month travels! -we even extended our stay there from 2 nights to 4 nights as we enjoyed it so much! Melaka is a quiet area, with a really relaxing feel to it.

Liked: It's amazingly cheap, clean and a very pleasant place to stay. Its very calm and peaceful; a great sanctuary from the bustle of outside. The breakfast is great, with little treats each morning, as is free internet. I'm very glad I found it and would definitely recommend it.
