The 4-star picturesque resort is sprawled over 13 acres of land, looking out on one of the island's finest beach at Pantai Tengah.

Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi is set on the mystical isle of legends, Pulau Langkawi (or Langkawi Island), situated on the north west of Peninsula Malaysia.

Langkawi is a duty free island and offers natural attraction unsurpassed by any other in the region. Tourists flock here for the delightful white sandy beaches, limestone hills, superb resorts, lush vegetation with exotic flora and fauna, craggy mountains and refreshing nature-based activities. In June 2007, Langkawi was designated as a geopark by UNESCO.

All the guest rooms and suites are well furnished with modern touches and conveniences for total guest comfort. This include individually controlled air-conditioning, color television with free in-house movies and selected satellite television programs, in-room personal safe, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, internet facilities, and other guest amenities expected of a 1st class international hotel.

The Amoaras Relaxation Spa offers a wide range of Balinese massages. Watersport activities are available at the resort and parasailing, banana boat ride, jet ski and water tours, such as island hopping and day and night fishing. Scuba diving to Pulau Payar Marine Park can be arranged from the resort. Island tours and car rentals are also available.

Rooms:

All the guest rooms and suites are well equipped with modern conveniences for guest comfort. This includes individually controlled air-conditioning, color television with free in-house movies and selected satellite television programs, IDD telephone service and in-room coffee/tea making facilities.

The resort is also equipped with handicapped facilities.

Recreational Facilities:

Various recreational facilities are available at the resort which include a tennis court, a fitness centre, surau (praying room), and children's playground. In addition, two large swimming pools with open air jacuzzi, an indoor pool for ladies, Kiddies Fun Club, internet room and Amoaras Relaxation Spa are available for guests of Federal Villa to use as well at Holiday Villa.

Special arrangements are available for island excursions, sight seeing tours and watersports.

Location Information

For dining, all the food outlets are halal. The 24-hour Lagenda Restaurant offers a wide range of local and western cuisine. It is surrounded by well landscaped garden. Other dining outlets are The Mario's Italian Restaurant , Tropical Beach & Snack Bar, Matahari Lounge and Sunset Karaoke Fun Pub. In addition, there is a swim up Pool Bar and the Sunset Terrace offers a spectacular view of the sunset. The Lagenda Restaurant also provides a private room for special functions of up to 80 persons.

Things to do:

Besides relaxing on the beaches and basking under the sun, one can enjoy plenty of outoor activities in Langkawi island. As a duty free island, one can enjoy shopping for a wide range of goods. Hotel tariffs and retail goods are exempted from government duty.
