Liked: location is good, just 7 minutes by walking to the big beach, and one minute to another.

Disliked: This place is very very expensive for his value. its not cleaness

Liked: Location was great, close to the beach and eateries on Pantai Chenang road. Staff were very friendly and helpfull, room was decently clean and neat. Overall, it's a good basic place to stay.

Disliked: The access to the beach is through a resturant which was closed untill noon, so we had decided to go to the beach next to Underwater World which is not too far also.

Liked: Location - it was pretty much right on the beach which was lovely. Also a short walk to the night markets/restaurants/bars etc.

Disliked: Ridiculously overpriced - for £16 a night you expect a lot more. We were used to paying half this for hostels around Thailand/ Malaysia which were 100% better than this. The room was grotty, dark and smelly. Bath mat was caked in dirt, curtains mouldy, hole in the wall under the AC etc.

Liked: Great location near a chilled part of the beach. Rooms were sweet particularly the comfortable king sized bed.

Liked: The manager was fantastically helpful. We cancelled and then needed some nights back again and he accommodated us perfectly and did not charge us any extra. I.e for the changed booking. Very friendly. Do be aware there are a few cats there

Disliked: nothing really, room was fine again there were cats

Liked: Room was spacious, receptionist was friendly

Disliked: Room not well decorated, location not great, nowhere to meet other travellers,bike rental was poor quality (brakes did not work!)

Liked: A good location on the quieter side of the island the accommodation had good facilities with a kitchen you could use to cook in and free tera and coffee along with good internet and free water. Also very close to the beach.

Disliked: Room was quite small (even in the larger room) and dark, as there is little natural light due to the foliage covering the small courtyard between the rooms.

Liked: The location was ideal, it was a short walk to the quieter side of the beach where you could view the most amazing sunsets, but within easy reach of the markets, restaurants and the busier side of the beach where you can find lots of activities. Staff were really friendly and helpful - they really do go out of their way for guests. My room was upgraded for free for the duration of my stay. The room was very spacious, with an en suite bathroom.

Disliked: Reception occasionally closed at random points during the day, but not for too long, and there was always an indication of what time it would re-open.

Liked: Good Location, Staff very friendly and nice guy called Anwar running the place, Late checkout also was an added bonus as was needed to nurse my hangover

Liked: Good location to explore from and the beach bar/restaurant next door was great

Disliked: The room was poorly decorated with what looked like blood smeared on the wall (small animal or massive mozzie?) the bed sheets weren't clean and there was a small black insect in the bed. The shower room was poorly put together with strange plastic pipes sticking our of the wall and there was no hook for the shower head.

Liked: Excellent staff, very helpful and knowledgable from the start. Rooms were clean and cool. Big kitchen for self catering. 1 mins from beach, and tasty beach bar.

Disliked: No Wifi signal in rooms, but did work in communal area.

Liked: Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean and good value for money. They had plenty of ingredients in the communal kitchen for guests use such as cereal, cereal bars, fruit, eggs and bread, tea and coffee and cool, filtered water so you could have a really lovely breakfast there. Location wise you walk through a bar at the back of the cottages on to a nice beach. The main beach is just 3 minutes walk down the road. We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night when they had their free dinner for all guests and some of their family. This was a lovely touch and a great way to meet people.

Liked: Our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels everyday. There is a kitchen with free bread/eggs/coffee/milk and juice which is great! The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Disliked: There were no hooks inside our room to hang up our clothes...there were no tables or chairs or clothes lines on our side of the property. The price was too high for the accommodation.

Liked: Great location, very quiet, good facilities - basic but very clean. Also it is literally seconds walk through the restaurant next door to the nicest beach on Pantai Cetang. Second time I've stayed here and I will return.

Disliked: a bit dirty toilet. wifi was not working in the room, had to go to some sitting areas..but with lots of mosquito.
