IIT MIGHT NOT BE SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE WHO IS NOT USED TO BACKPACKING EXPERIENCES. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A HOTEL/RESORT WITH ROUND-A-CLOCK ROOM SERVICE AND SWIMMING POOL FACILITIES. THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY TREES AND MOUNTAIN SO PLEASE EXPECT LEAVES ON THE GROUND AND SOME SURPRISING VISIT FROM WILD ANIMALS.
The Beach:
500 meters of long sandy beach is just 200 meters away! This beach is shared by 2 resorts only. It's the best around and peaceful! (Picture 3)
SHARED/COMMON facilities:
Broadband Internet access, library (picture 6,) dining/seating area with DVD player and 29" TV. Library. Beer is MYR2.50 per can for residents only. Self-service - no room service!
Breakfast is not included in the price.
A common kitchenette for light cooking, coffee/tea making facility, toaster, microwave and big refrigerator is available - shared kitchen. Free brewed tea and coffee.
Linens, towels and amenities included for all rooms.
* Check in time: 15:00 pm
* Check-out time: 1200 noon
Early check-in and late check-out are possible however this is subject to the availability of the room. We accept cash transactions only and all bookings must be paid for in full upon arrival.
We have 3 friendly dogs in our guesthouse. (The picture shows Kacang.)
Choice of rooms:
* Wooden bungalow air-conditioning, double private en-suite: Queen size bed with bathroom attached (en-suite), air-conditioner and warm shower. (Pic 2)
* Double Deluxe room - air condition Queen size bed (ensuite warm shower) with sofa and mini refrigerator suitable for family with 2 kids by adding extra bed.
* Double private en-suite : Queen size bed with bathroom attached (en-suite with warm shower) and air-conditioner
* Triple private en-suite : Queen size bed with single bed or three single beds with bathroom attached (en-suite with warm shower) and air-conditioner
* Rooms with a common bathroom (warm shower):

An extra bed is available at Rm15.00/bed/night
Pick up services are available on request (chargeable).
Cancellation policy no show or cancellation less than 48 hours due to arrival date: one night. Full-night-cancellation fees for November - February. No refund after checking in.
Due to our limited rooms, we only hold the room until 1800hrs of the day; please call if you come later than that to avoid any inconveniences.
