Liked: The boss is very nice and honest, and also all the staff. It's a simply hotel but the situation is perfect, just infront of the hilton kuching hotel and very close to the river. Just outside there is a seven eleven and many places to eat and drink something. The room is very correct and nice and clean, but the best of all is the boss and the staff: they're very nice and made us felt as at home!!! I really recomend this hotel!!! and the price is also a good reason to go there.

Liked: My room in Pinnacles was private en-suite room. Good bath room with good space, hot water, and good view. The room is very clean and bed is very comfort. This is my first time hotel that every room have own shoes locker outside that make the carpet and room very clean. I also saw the shared bath room that just a little under private bathroom standard. The location is close to esplanade, cat statue, and china museum.If the budget is not your primary consideration, I suggest this hotel for your visit to Kuching.

Liked: The staf was really friendly, but you can get better offers in other parts of kutching for half the price. The warm tap water didn't work.
