The staf was really friendly, but you can get better offers in other parts of kutching for half the price. The warm tap water didn't work.

The staff were brilliant, helped organise any trips.
Very friendly.
Room was very basic but all clean. Also breakfast was offered.

The staff were always available and willing to help and they had a large number oftourist information booklets available for nearby activities. the hotel was really really clean and the bathrooms were nice too.
