Pondok Lodge, Kuala Lumpur is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle at Bukit Bintang, the central tourism, shopping, gastronomic and business district of Malaysia's capital city Kuala Lumpur. Set along a quiet tree-lined commercial cum residential street, the Pondok lodge is only a short distance from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) which is a 45 minute drive away.

We are within walking distance to major business and financial centres in the city with convenient access to the city's Light Rail Transit (LRT), the PRT monorail, bus and taxi services. If using the bus service you can choose to take either the Metrobus or Intrakota and the fare is only ninety cents. Buses are available until 12 midnight near Central Market, which is located 5 minutes walk from Puduraya Bus Station.

The nearest PRT monorail station at Bukit Bintang called “Lot 10-Coca Cola”.
We are just less then 10 minutes walk away from this station. The Putra & Star line LRT can be connected to the PRT at Hang Tuah Station.



Just a short walk is Sungei Wang Plaza Shopping Centre and BB Plaza Shopping Mall and the nearby Batik Malaysia Berhad Retail outlet, a must for fine Malaysian Batik. Further along is Bintang Walk, Lot 10, KL Plaza with Planet Hollywood and Starhill, with the Louis Vuitton mega store. Across from the Lodge is the busy and bustling 24-hour Jalan Alor, a hawker & street food paradise.

Imbi Road is famous for a host of speciality restaurants and quaint eateries and Times Square Shopping Centre. Changkat Bukit Bintang is home to brasseries, trattorias, bars, taverns, wine shops and the unpredictable NO BLACK TIE for live music from jazz to classical.

Nearby Banks include RHB Bank, Utama Bank, Maybank Headquarters, Hong Kong Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank Bumiputera Commerce, EON Bank. AMODA Office Tower with Bankers' Club and Airlines Offices.

The Petronas Twin Towers at KLCC, Menara Kuala Lumpur or KL Tower, Central Market and Chinatown are within easy reach
