Liked: it's cheap. free wifi

Disliked: my dorm room was more than a floor for two other dorm rooms. no windows, AC just at night and not a single fan. staff was running around in the morning and made a lot of noise. if there are other places which are cheaper - stay there. they can't be worse.

Liked: All knowing owner, very helpful, with ease in explanation "whare to go, what to do".

Disliked: Nothing for that money it was perfect.

Liked: The great people in the Hostel and the good location. Beds were also very comfortable.

Disliked: There were not enough safe lockers for all, so I was a bit worried of leaving my computer at my bed in the hostel. The WIFI was also very unstable and we often couldn't connect to it.

Liked: It was cheap. Easy to get to. Great location next to market.

Disliked: Had to basically pay for everything.. including toilet paper. No lockers, seemed like anyone could walk into the dorms.

Liked: Great location. The dorm has air conditioning. Breakfast are cheap and really good. Cheap.

Disliked: It is a classical cheap hostel, small rooms and one share toilet each floor. Overall is clean, it doesn't look very nice but is fear for what u pay.

Liked: Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the location is good, right next to the LRT station and china town.

Disliked: the check-out time should be flexible, even with additional rates, because flights may be at night, and we have to check out at 12h

Liked: The price was the cheapest. Breakfast at the rooftop bar is really nice. Noise didn't affect us too much.

Disliked: Some of the showers didn't have the hot water working. But it was so hot that I was keen on a cold shower anyway. Some flights of stairs for anyone with heavy suitcases. Was okay to stay for a few nights.

Liked: The staff were super friendly....I was honestly apprehensive about staying here after a few comments. The fact is its really not as bad as some say it is. There's house keepers there cleaning up litteraly all the time (so bathrooms are cleaner then most places). we booked a private double, and the room was surpizingly big compared to the last plcae we stayed in KL. And for the price you really can't beat it.

Disliked: Right so there really wasn't anything about the proberty we didn't like. But the restaurant down stairs is a little dodgy. Right so when we started our travels everyone warned us to be careful at restaurant. that they'd bring you stuff you didn't order and charge you for it so don't eat anything that you didn't order.Yes everyone has been told this. Right 4 months never had a problem. the restaurant down stairs is a little pricy...so like most places in that price range they bring you peanuts when you order...then a nice cold wet towel afterwards....but unlike other places this place charges for the little extras plus a service charge they don't tell you about. which is don't get me wrong not going to bankrupt anyone its just the sneakyness about it thats bothersome. once again the property was wonderful..and theres heaps of awesome places to eat close by.

Liked: The hostel's location is quite ideal for the short-term tourists like me, also not so far from the train station (Pasar Seni, and KL Sentral).

Disliked: There is some problems with the bathroom when I was there, so I had to go take a shower upstairs once and downstairs once.

Liked: Exactly what it says on the tin - simple no frills accommodation. Our room was clean and the staff were very nice. Shower facilities were fine - make sure you bring your own loo paper, or you can get some very cheap from the staff. The breakfasts at the roof top were cheap and cheerful. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for some where to crash and enjoy the city. Located in China town, but only 5 mins walk to the Pasar Seni LRT, then one stop to KL Sentral, where you can get to most places (inc airport), and 4-5 stops to KLCC in the other direction.

Disliked: We got exactly what we were expecting, so no dislikes! Maybe the sheets on the beds could do with a change - they were clean, but a bit holey!

Liked: i liked the location

Disliked: Thesize of the triple room was ridiculous, no room t all. Beds all cramped, window mised. My firned staye in bottem bunk and got bit somuch by bed bugs. Her body was covered. The rooms were too hot with a tiny wall fan. Staff were not ver nice, we arrived a6 am after a journey from the pehentian island so was very tired, the night reception was a male and as very rude andno helpful. Staff seemed lazy to me. I wouldnt stay here again, been to many places and hostels. You just execa bit more, how hard is it just to try.

Liked: Location is the only thing good about this place, then again there are many other options in this area.

Disliked: - You can hear the noise on the street at 23:00/11pm so definitely not for early sleepers. - The wireless internet did not work on the third floor as the signal was too weak. - You have to buy your own toilet paper. - I saw a gecko or some small creature running on the floor. - No refund if you have to cancel your stay early, which I had to for personal reaons. There was even a note on the wall and I quote "do not refund, they will leave bad remarks anyway" - There were no directions for this place sent to your email which I received for every other hostel booking, and I have booked quite some in Southeast Asia. I did not look up directions before my journey, so that is my fault I guess. - Room had no window for sunlight but there were some bricked holes which they taped off with some foil. There was a window which had artificial light shining in from the corridor, though. - I could not leave the building after 00:00 / 12am.

Liked: Even for short stay I deeply in love with this Hostel, I stayed in the dorm with lot of people but this hostel has strictly rules not to disturb other guest, that's what I like about this hostel.

Disliked: For cheap hostel I get what I have to get

Liked: we had the room we asked for with a balcony, but the room was awful looking, gray walls and a dirty balcony, the bed was not clean, i itched all night, we have booked to return here in a weeks time, but i cant find anwhere cheap so shall return.

Disliked: Grey walls, looks and feels like a prison, unsure about the security here, i kept every thing locked up,

Liked: clean, nice staff, cheap. I don't know why this place has such a sketchy review on this site. I found this place to be really great. It was really clean, much cleaner than other hostels I've stayed at, Beds were comfortable, sheets were new and fresh, staff were really friendly and helpful.

Disliked: nothing.
