Liked: The staff were absolutely helpful, the place was really clean and had a nice atmosphere, the fact that they provided free coffee&breakfast was also very nice. The location is perfect - very close to anything.

Disliked: They dont provide padlock for the lockers for those who dont lock their suitcases... also rooms dont lock, but I guess they trust the people who come there to be honest and not to steal :)

Liked: It was clean and central. The breakfast was OK and the computers where good.

Disliked: That they didnt have a pool (as we thought), otherwise: nothing to complane about!

Liked: Very clean and tidy. Good location. Eat at the Reggae bar down the street.... awesome food- very cheap (especially if you eat before 6pm)

Disliked: Only 1 toilet and 1 shower (although in all honesty that wasn't a problem as we never had to wait) - not the best place if you had food poisoning though! Also we stayed in a room that was above the street and there was quite a bit of noise some mornings

Liked: Good hot shower, nice commun area easy to meet other travellers, free coffee & tea all day long, cree use computers and wifi. Small Hostel but nice.

Disliked: There is only one shower for all boys in the Hostel ( same thing for the girls), all floor covered by carpet and many areas smell like someone peed on it, it could be happened because there is not enoug bathrooms. And you can feel the smell from your room. Also when you book on internet, they dont want to lose the 10% taken from Hostel bookers, so the Price on internet is higher. We extended one night and we paid less for that night than the 2 booked on internet. I know when you work with booking engines as a Hostel booker you do not have the right to charge more on internet that your frontdesk prices.

Liked: Super clean and tidy, always staff at the desk, very small so nice and quiet, free tea and coffee and toast, good free wifi.

Disliked: I assumed deluxe private double would have an en suite, but it didnt. There was only 1 toilet and 1 shower for ladies - had to wait for the toilet quite a lot, shower always seemed to be free though. Shower and toilet both kept very clean.

Liked: Clean, styled, new, Dorm has window, quiet, free wifi, shower not in the same room with toilet, loved the reading lamps at the dorm beds and actually I got the biggest blanket ever on my travels, you can wrapp inside totally nice big TV with Movie Channels

Disliked: no smoking area, you have to go down to the street to smoke, that made socialising for me a bit hard, there is just ONE toilet and ONE shower (well its a small hostel, so you dont really have to queue so often, but still...), there are sinks right next to the common area - when the sink in the bathroom was in use, I had to brush my teeth right next to the people sitting there - I hated that, the design: all doors lead to the common area, so when u get out off your room and walk to the toilet/shower, sleepy, smelly, messed up hair, then u have to walk through the common area, I didnt like that Its a good place to stay, cant complain about cleanlineness or staff or comfyness

Liked: The hostel is in a great location right next to china town. They have a kettle, microwave and toaster if you want to eat at the hostel to save money. Also, there are two desktop pc's so can get on the internet most of the time. Nice communal area to talk with others and get to know people.

Disliked: Our room was a bit small and was a bunkbed instead of a twin/double we were expecting.

Liked: Friendly staff, great location (very close to metro-station), good atmosphere and clean toilets.

Disliked: only one shower and toilet shared among many ppl. Our room dint have an air-condition as advertised but nevertheless, well cooled (dont know by what mechanism)

Liked: Best shower you'll have as a backpacker in Asia. Really clean, nice place to be.

Disliked: Staff weren't too knowledgable regarding bus advice etc. Would be good to have a sheet explaining how to get to popular places in Malaysia.
