Liked: good location, very centric, very helpful and friendly stuff

Disliked: beds in dormitory are uncomfortable, if your neighbour down or up moves the whole bed is shaking wildly, nearly no space for the bags as room is small and full of beds,

Liked: This was an awesome place! Especially the staff! They were super helpful with every question I had. (And I asked them a lot about the city). Not only did they make good recommendations, but they were also friendly as can be. I had good conversations with everyone who was working there during my stay. They treat you like family. As for the place, it was in a great location. It's in Chinatown near Petaling St, the LRT and the monorail are right around the corner (which bring you everywhere), and the bird park (which is awesome by the way) is in walking distance. And the place is very clean (they clean it everyday). I love a clean place, and this was certainly one! It's also easy to meet other travelers and a good place to hang out if you need a break from sightseeing. So all in all, this is a fantastic place to stay!

Liked: The common area had plenty of places to sit and was comfortable. The staff seem very nice. Next door to a great restaurant, the Old China Cafe which serves Nyonya cuisine. Laundry service was priced lower than most places at 6rm instead of 8rm.

Disliked: Dorm was a bit warm. WiFi was quite slow at 1mbps or less. No towel included. Bed is not the most comfortable and the beds are so close together.

Liked: Staff is really nice and helpfull! Go to great lengths to keep the place very clean and the guests happy and informed about the 'what is where' in KL. Great location too, right near China town, public transportation and petaling street. Recommend it to anyone!

Liked: The staff were so pleasant, each of them went out of their way for either my friend or myself. Great location, would of really like to have stayed longer. I will definately return. P.S The 'restaurant' on the sidewalk near the hostel is GREAT!

Disliked: Little bit dirty from people being careless, but as soon as we alerted the staff - they were cleaned. So no real complaints.

Liked: Actually it was the first hostel I stayed because I am a travel greenhorn. But I was so happy that I chose this one because the family is just amazing. Very helpful an friendly. The atmosphere was like coming home.

Disliked: Actually for the price I would say nothing was really bad. The mattresses were really thin and it was not really comfortable.

Liked: The staff are stars - so friendly, welcoming and helpful. A free breakfast of toast, tea and coffee is provided in this already cheap price too. The communial areas are a good way to meet other travelleres and, seeing as it's so popular, you're bound to meet someone. They offer certain tours and tickets at discounted prices. I've stayed there twice now and I would definitely recommened it to those on a budget! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Disliked: Whenever there were any problems, the staff were always willing to help out as much as possible so there isn't anything I disliked. The only things that caused very minor problems were the air con in the room, it was on very cold which is fine for the majority of the room except for the beds right underneath the machine because then it's freezing! But the staff turned it down when you asked them. Also, some of the mattresses need changing because you could feel the metal frame thorugh the mattress and it was very uncomfortable. You're able to swop to a new bed if one is available but since it was very busy this wasn't possible.

Liked: The Travel Hub has the nicest hostel staff I have ever met.They are all so friendly and helpful and made me feel right at home.It's a great location too,right next to Chinatown and Little India.I enjoyed my time here so much that I ended up staying four days rather that one!

Liked: very cheap good staff and great location near china town, you can walk around to eat the delicious chinese food at there.

Liked: The staff was really nice and there to help. We had booked for the wrong day by mistake but it was no problem we still got our bed. It was in Chinatown and a 5 min walk to the metro and the train. Free tea and coffee all day and toast and jam for breakfast.

Disliked: The only thing really is that the 10 dorm room is really 15 people but with that many people in a room a couple more don't make much difference

Liked: We loved every second of our stay here and would defiantly recommend it to any other traveler!! The staff are amazing and so friendly and will go out of your way to help you. It is defiantly worth the price and you get so much more, i wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Kuala Lumpur!!
