Liked: Nice, clean room with separate bathroom and shower. The staffs are very helpful to answer our questions. The location is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest LRT station.

Liked: I really enjoyed staying at the travel hub. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The dorm room is great as there are so many beds that it is really easy to meet people. It was also very easy to find when coming from KL Sentral. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in KL in 3 months. Thanks.

Liked: Great place to meet people, next to buses and monorail, up road from famous petaling st Market. Centre of chinatown. Free tea, coffee and toast for breakfast. Good place, would stay again. Staff very friendly!

Liked: The staff were amazingly helpful and would do anything to make your stay enjoyable, Definatley a great hostel to stay at very imformative and the cleaniness was highly rated.Only a new hostel so still finding its feet i felt but i would recommend staying here as i have stayed at a couple of hostels in Kl and they were not as comfortable or as clean as this one... Give it a whirl

Liked: Great location next to china town. 5 mins from metro station direct to central station or the petronas towers. Really friendly staff. Fast Internet and free toast!

Liked: l arrived this hotel...and everything was very good...nice receptionist......close to everywhere...you dont need to spend money to transfer in the city...coffee and tea is free all the time...transfer from airport is only 5 euro...by bus...train 15 euro...strongly recommend...l found more than l guess...hasan zenciroglu turkey

Liked: For the short amount of time I stayed at The Travel Hub, I met some great people. Everyone is super friendly and really helpful. The location is great and value for money is good. I'd definitely stay there again!

Liked: Great hostel. Very helpfull staff, nice common area to hang out in. Rooms are basic but good. Liked the fact that they have lockers in the rooms. Bit out of city center but easy to get there on bus. Would rocommend

Liked: The staff's unwavering sincerity and kindness made the biggest impression on us. The location is very close to the MRT, KL Sentral and obviously Chinatown. We had initially booked a dorm, but opted for a double when we arrived — there aren't lockers in the dorms. Though the lovely staff made us forget about most of the shortcomings here, it has to be said that the walls are PAPER thin. In the single and double rooms, you share air con with your neighbor, and a big gap in the wall lets in noise and light. The "common" area here is a bit lacking. All in all okay.

Liked: -free breakfast (sandwich bread, jam, tea, coffee, butter)-Good Location from station and shopping centre.***Dislike thing: No fire (i.e. Gas range or electricity range), But there are a microwave, an electricity tea potter, a toaster, and a small refrig.
