Liked: Good location, good basic room at a fair price.

Disliked: * NO WORKING WIFI AT THE PROPERTY *. It seems the hotel has abandoned maintaining any type of WiFi service at the hotel. They should remove any mention of WiFi in the discription of the hotel.

Liked: ideal location really - we could REALLY walk to chinatown, main attractions, even little india

Disliked: the couple owning the place are at the limit of the antipathy

Liked: very clean, nice staff, comfy bed, a/c, hot showers, good value for the money

Disliked: internet was not working while I was there (but I could go to a partner hotel of them, about 5 min walk, where I was allowed to use the lobby wifi)

Liked: Great location, 2 minutes walk from Chinatown, Little India and the Masjid Jamek train station. The staff are really friendly and super helpful. Not much of a 'backpacker' vibe, it is very quiet and nobody hangs out in the communal area. Nice and quiet if you are looking for a more peaceful place to rest from the hecticness of KL!

Liked: Location was perfect!! Just a couple blocks from the Masjid Jamek Train Station; makes it very convenient to get to the Petronas Tower, KLCC Park, KLCC MALL, KL Tower, Batu Caves, Bukit Bintang, Petaling Street (China Town) is only walking disance. There's a nearby Catholic Church (St Paul Church) and Masjid Jamek Temple; a lot of places to eat if you're looking for authentic Malaysian cooking; They have an internet cafe, 30 minutes use for 1 Ringgit.

Disliked: We didn't like the stairs. We were always out and about everyday....that when we get back to the hostel we felt like we didn't want to climb any more stairs!

Liked: the staff is very friendly and it is so happy to chat with him in Chinese.besides, both cold and hot drinking water is provided.the idd charge and internet charge there is cheapit is quite near to the train station

Disliked: it is not located in the main road, though it is within 10 mins from train station, it sounds not very safe as not many people in the street after 8 we can hear the stepping sounds from next room and in the corridor, it really depends on if other travellers behave quietly or not

Liked: A lizard made an appearance but it was a friendly one... Clean and hot showers. Friendly . Worth the money!

Liked: Fab place to stay - We stayed in the three bed room which had a tv, air con and en-suite. Lady on reception is mega helpful, couldnt fault her. Rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned each day. Would defo recommend this place to any budget travellers :-)

Liked: Rooms were basic but very clean with a/c, TV and ensuite. Staff extremely helpful and reception open 24hrs. Great food at local restaurant next door. Short (5 minute) walk to Chinatown (Petaling St). Not many westerners there when we stayed, but this was not an issue.

Liked: Place was in a good location for getting to places like chinatown but it is an old building and could do with a refurbishment. Also the Male manager is great - very helpful but avoid the female manager, she wont help much at all and may give you a hard time!

Liked: We used a triple ensuite, it looked very clean but we later came accross a few cockroaches and possibly also bugs. We may have brought them along from previous destinations in our backpacks though. Staff was extremely helpful and location is 5 min walking from Chinatown and 10 min to Masjid Jamek metro/monorail.

Liked: The owner/operator is very friendly and helpful even going so far as to escort us to a location rather that give complex instructions. The location was convenient to many things.
