Liked: location, friendly, clean

Disliked: Small dorm, can get quite crowded. Thumping music from the Reggae bar might keep you awake. Otherwise very good hostel!

Liked: Very clean place, with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms were excellently air conditioned, which was great to come back to.

Liked: Regaee had a really good atmosphere and very friendly staff. After arriving on my own in KL for the first time I slotted straight in and felt right at home. very clean and lovely decor.

Liked: Great place, very clean and nice management. Amir and Kumar were awesome. My only complaint is the service at the reggae bar below is awful. All the staff are pretty unfriendly.

Disliked: Slightly expensive compared to other hostels in the area, but still worth the money.

Liked: Would recommend this hotel for any traveller. Right in the heart of chinatown, it is within a 10 minute taxi ride from Bintang. Raggae bar itself has a great atmosphere and can be pretty packed at the weekends. Very clean and close to many things in kl including sightseeing etc

Liked: Really super clean private shower rooms, and sweet, friendly tiny kittens sleeping on the doorstep :) Also good food around and a good value very nice restaurant attached.

Disliked: bad smell on the way in (because of being next to a pet shop on one side and chinatown petaling st on the other!)

Liked: I like it to the point that even if I'd just booked for one night only just to go check and try it first, at my arrival i paid off for 3 nights! From time to time sayang together with the partners on routine are checking rooms, rest rooms and etc. you'll get a lot of freebies and comfort here :) this is sooo nice - of course hotel is different but who would have not give compliment to the hostel who's trying to be a hotel then :)

Liked: Good location, cheap and breakfast included! Twin room was tiny with small bunk beds but we saw other twin rooms were bigger- we were just unlucky! Free internet! Nice decor inside and clean rooms/ facilities.

Liked: It was very clean, very nice staff. The laundry service is to expensive (Rm 8 per kg). Sometimes it can be a little bit loud from the Reggae Bar downstairs, but therefore it is a perfect place to party down there :-)

Liked: The staff here are great. If you spend some time getting to know them they are all really nice. They keep the place extremely clean which makes it a pleasure to stay. I feel they could focus a bit more on making it more communal, like run activities that combine the guests or do walking tours or nights where people socialise together more. I wish them all the best with this business venture.
