Liked: Great staff, location, kitchen area, computers, cleanliness, layout, and overall vibe with the bob marley decorations & bar downstairs. Was not loud up in the hostel however, which was great.

Disliked: One key per room (two of us stayed in a bunk room and it would have been nice to each have our own key when going out partying at night, but no biggie!).

Liked: good staff,location, internet free,tv-dvd player,lots of info, hotwater drinks.

Disliked: Expensive compared to what you can get elsewhere on the street-Private room with ensuite for same money as 2 bunks in a tiny room here.Beds in twin room wern't good-springs sticking through-so not a happy bunny sleep.

Liked: The place was very neat and comfy..! Though we reached the place much before the check in time, we were offered some place to refresh ourselves and we could even manage to shower and get ready to our sight seeing as we didn't want to wait till the check in time..! The staff were very friendly and could offer valuable information about places around..! Will definitely recommend to other friends and of-course will go back there whenever I visit KL.

Liked: Extremely helpful staff assisted with everything and was fun to talk to as well. Location is great for fake-bargains in Chinatown and all tourist hotspots can be reached for less then RM 8 (~2 EURO) by taxi. The private double was spacious, but didn't have a window.

Disliked: The A/C wasn't the ultimate best in our room (kinda noisy), but it wasn't a biggie.

Liked: reggae 1 is an absolute gem - great location - clean - an safe - train just minutes away to get you everywhere - special mention for the manager - great guy - friendly - helpful and knows the city well all in all superb hostel - BRING IT ON LOL

Liked: Very clean with good facilities and a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Could hear very little noise in our room.

Disliked: The majority of the rooms did not have windows.

Liked: Really good location for exploring the city and really easy to get to from the central station. I liked the fact that it was in a really lively area but the hostel was so peaceful you couldn't tell. The hostel is amazingly clean and the staff are amongst the friendliest and most helpful I've met. I would 100% recommend staying here it's well worth it.

Disliked: I had no dislikes.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, Internet was down when we were there but they really tried hard to fix it and the guesthouse 2 could still work.

Disliked: The bunk beds in the mixed dorm were really short! I'm 5 10 and couldn't stretch out!

Liked: Very good place to meet people if travellers like to mingle.

Disliked: Only stayed one night, and couldn't see anything I did not like.

Liked: IT'S VERY CONVENIENT IN KL,TO GET AROUND AND TO EAT AND DRINK.

Disliked: THE STAFF WRONGLY SOLD ME PRE PURCHASED TICKETS TO KL TOWER THAT COST MORE THAN BUYING A PACKAGE TICKET THERE.

Liked: Cleanest place we've stayed at in a long time of traveling. The staff were very helpful. Free internet and basic breakfast made the price feel better.

Disliked: Bit on the expensive side but probably worth it given the cleanliness, breakfast and free internet.

Disliked: Layout is a bit awkward with the bathrooms directly off of the kitchen. There was some noise from the bar downstairs, but not enough to keep us awake.

Liked: I loved the homey feel- how you take off your shoes and walk around as if it is a house. I also enjoyed the carpets and hang out space. The staff were really helpful. :)
